THE PROCESS

I welcome your input and through the immediacy of email, I can incorporate your suggestions into each stage of the drawing process.

FIRST STEP: Choices of Views (showing only the shape of the building from different angles), and Preliminary Sketches with details are emailed for your input and approval.

SECOND STEP: Final Black and White Drawing is emailed/faxed. Client to provide input and approve style and details, and confirm color selections for materials. Artist’s representation of Colors can be sent for approval before application to rendering, if requested.

THIRD STEP: Final Color Rendering Image is emailed.

Unlimited Changes in Step 1 before going to Step 2 are free. Unlimited Changes in step 2 before going to Step 3 are free. Charges only apply if changes are requested after sketches have been approved and work has proceeded. Revisions (re-drawing, technical changes, color changes, etc.) after approval of intermediate drawings will be charged at $100/hr.

FOURTH STEP: Artist delivers finished rendering (matted original and disk) and receives Final Payment.
