It will be helpful to look through this website, become familiar with terminology, if needed, and refer to samples before our first discussion. Conveying the scope of your project, the number and size of buildings and project cost, how widely you will be advertising and for how long, and your budget and time frame are all helpful information for me.

I work best from a full set of architectural plans, to scale (very important!) and including:
(1) All Floor Plans (2) All Elevations (3) Roof Plan (4) Site Plan and Landscaping Plans (if available)
(5)
Site Photos of terrain and adjacent buildings (if available)

I prefer an old fashioned full-size roll of drawings, but I can work from PDF’s, tiffs or jpegs, .plt files or Autocad .dwg files. Actual brick, roof, paint or stain samples, (exact numbers are preferred) help me achieve an accurate representation of colors.

I can also use a computer generated 3D drawing (from an architect or designer), photos of a building far enough under construction to show the main structure, so that I can draw the exterior material details, or I can add ENTOURAGE
(
people, plantings, and activity) to enliven a computer drawing.
