ARCHITECTURAL ILLUSTRATIONS

“A picture is worth a thousand words.” A set of blueprints are informational but flat, lifeless and often virtually unreadable to those not in the building industry. Yet they are often presented to homeowners, investors, planning and review committees, commercial tenants, and other interested parties to attempt to convey a project’s details and acquire funding or secure sales. A professionally executed architectural illustration, or “rendering”, can translate those drawings to a three dimensional, colorful, and accurate representation of how the building will look once it is completed, which is often quite some time after ground is first broken. These renderings can be displayed in job-site information tubes or signage, in marketing brochures, billboards, newspapers, and business advertisements.               CONTINUE
